CLAIMING YOUR BONUS REDEMPTION

It’s quick, simply & easy to redeem your ‘Tools For Life* 'Bonus Items' Simply follow the below steps to redeem your ‘Bonus Item.’

To be eligible to receive your ‘Bonus Item,’ the following information ‘must’ be attached upon submitting the form.

  • PROOF OF PURCHASE: Attach a copy of your Tax Receipt or Invoice from your authorised Kincrome distributor for proof of purchase in the below attachment area.
  • PROOF OF APPRENTICESHIP: Attach a copy of an official letterhead from either the government (received when approved for the apprenticeship) stating your Apprentice ID on it, OR from your institution/employer stating your Name, Apprentice ID, Start Date and confirmation that you are a current apprentice.
  • Please note that a Student ID is not an Apprentice ID number. In most cases an Apprentice ID falls under a "Registration Number" or "TCID Number".
  • All Redemption items are available to Apprentices ONLY.
  • Redemptions valid for 60 days from purchase date on receipt.

* Lifetime may vary from product to product and is subject to the proper use of the product.

Referral Program

Have you purchased a participating Apprentice Tool Kit in 2025 and have recommended the program to a mate? If they purchase a participating Tool Kit and use your referral code during redemption, you both score a free gift!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Your friend purchases a Tool Kit from the eligible list
  2. They visit this page to fill in the redemption form below and enter YOUR referral code (you would have received a code when you completed your own bonus redemption)
  3. Once their submission is approved, both of you will receive a bonus product

Important Details:

  • Both the referrer and referree must be Apprentices with valid documentation
  • Non-Apprentice submissions will not qualify for the offer
  • Gifts and bonus products will be dispatched within 8–12 weeks after confirmation
  • The referrer (person whos code was used) will be contacted seperately to find out what product they would like as their gift (list of products are below)
