Kincrome Cutting & Polishing Compounds are designed to work seamlessly with our cutting & polishing pads, high-quality abrasive particles for fast and efficient correction of paint defects.
Kincrome Heavy Cutting Compound is designed to remove up to 1200 grit sanding marks, deeper swirls and other moderate paint defects when used with Kincrome wool & microfiber cutting pads.
Tips:
- Prep pad before use by applying a small amount of compound, then spread and massage it into a microfibre or wool cutting pads.
- Apply a small amount of additional compound to the prepped pad. Spread over the polishing surface on low speed before increasing speed to begin polishing.
- Work a small section at a time, using light pressure in controlled, overlapping motions. This will prevent excess heat which could lead to premature pad failure or paint damage.
- Clean pad regularly to remove excess compound and residue. Use compressed air or a soft bristle brush.
Care:
- After use wash pad using warm water and mild detergent. Agitate to release residue.
- Store pad when dry away from dust and debris for future use.
Important: Polishing is a paint removal process. Care must be taken to preserve original paint finish. Results may vary.
